We are owners of a condo in the Moorings Townhome Complex; our unit faces the proposed Greenbelt Infiltration Project, which would be on the greenbelt between Herondo and 2nd St. There are 3 other condo projects that would also face this proposed site. There would be better places for the project that does not impact as many residents. We understand the power plant will have a new owner, and the plans for that property are undetermined. Perhaps a portion of that land could be set aside for the project. Also, the portion of the greenbelt that is across from the nearby park would not impact as many homes.
